Hi, I’m Claire Thompson, the founder of Alua Melbourne. Fashion has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember. I have always loved discovering beautiful fabrics, flattering shapes and the little details that make an outfit special. Eight years ago, I decided to turn that passion into a store of my own. Melbourne was the perfect place to begin, with its creative energy and wonderful sense of style. I wanted Alua Melbourne to offer clothing that feels beautiful, easy to wear and suitable for real life. Every collection is carefully chosen with that idea in mind. Even after eight years, finding new pieces for the store still gives me the same excitement as it did on the very first day.
